The CT-DLV analyses issues relating to the management and organisation of author’s rights in dramatic, literary and audiovisual works. It is composed of experts from CISAC’s members that specialise in the management of rights for dramatic, literary and audio-visual works.
Recently, the CT-DLV has addressed cable retransmission rights, management and distribution in the field of private copying, DLV rights in the digital environment and anti-piracy issues. The Committee is also working to expand the distribution methods database to cover DLV works, and is developing common information exchange format to be used for the identification of dramatic works.
